Terms of Service & Open-Book Deal Desk Charter

1. Scope of Platform & Statutory Estimates

SnapEvents.com publishes verified architectural dossiers, statutory tax calculations (including Nevada NRS 372.025, NRS 368A Live Entertainment Tax, NRS 372.3261 nonprofit exemptions, and Texas Tax Code § 151.007 / Form 01-339 rules), and interactive budgeting tools for corporate and private events in Las Vegas, Nevada and Austin, Texas. Calculator outputs and SnapQuote links (/q/*) represent good-faith planning benchmarks; binding venue minimums, space holds, and banquet pricing are established strictly through countersigned venue BEOs or SnapEvents Statement of Work agreements.

2. Three-Tier Open-Book Contracting Model

As detailed on our Enterprise Procurement Hub, clients engage SnapEvents under transparent, zero-kickback commercial structures:

• Tier 1 — Venue Sourcing & First-Option Holds ($0 Planner Fee): Clients contract and pay the host resort, restaurant, or estate directly on their own master account at zero markup over direct venue pricing.
• Tier 2 — Open-Book 3-Bid Local Production (12%–15% Management Fee): SnapEvents solicits three competitive bids from insured local audiovisual, LED, staging, floral, and charter partners, passing raw vendor invoices directly through with a transparent management fee—never captive 50%+ hotel AV markups.
• Tier 3 — Consolidated Single-Vendor Enterprise Billing: Available upon request for Fortune 500 procurement teams requiring unified Net-15/Net-30 PO invoicing and consolidated $2M/$5M COI administration.

3. Zero-Attrition Guest Hotel Portals

Individual attendee and wedding-guest hotel reservations completed on /stay/* portals are fulfilled via live wholesale inventory through Nuitee LiteAPI v3.0. Room rates, cancellation deadlines, and resort or destination fees payable at check-in are displayed explicitly prior to payment authorization. Event hosts carry zero group attrition liability on unbooked portal inventory.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Agent Access

SnapEvents expressly permits search engines and compliant AI answer agents to index our public dossiers, /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, and Markdown content-negotiation endpoints in accordance with our /robots.txt Content-Signal directives, provided attribution to SnapEvents.com is preserved. Automated scraping of private /q/* quote URLs or abuse of transactional APIs is prohibited.
