Privacy Policy & Corporate Event Data Protection
How SnapEvents.com protects confidential executive event briefs, shareable CFO budget sheets, uploaded hotel BEOs, and guest hotel room-block reservations.
1. Controller & Corporate Contact
This Privacy Policy governs data collected and processed by SnapEvents.com (“SnapEvents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating from our Corporate Headquarters at 105 Lands End Cove, Round Rock, TX 78681. For privacy inquiries, data deletion requests, or corporate NDA coordination, contact our Deal Desk directly at deals@snapevents.com or (512) 971-5049.
2. Information We Collect
You may browse all 150 Las Vegas and Austin venue dossiers, corridor transit guides, resort outside-AV matrices, and trade-show playbooks without creating an account or submitting personal information. We collect information strictly when you initiate one of four transactional workflows:
- Deal Desk Event Briefs (
/api/briefs): Your name, business email, phone number, company or organization name, target event dates, guest headcount, selected venues, and production notes submitted to secure 4-hour venue holds or 3-bid local production sheets. - Saved CFO SnapQuote Links (
/q/*): Event parameters (city, guest count, catering tier, AV scope, and statutory tax breakdown) stored under an unguessable URL excluded from search engines viarobots.txtandX-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow. - Forensic BEO & Quote Audits (
/api/quote-audit): Banquet Event Order line items pasted for automated statutory tax, admin-fee cascade, and AV markup analysis. We do not publish or resell uploaded BEO text. - Zero-Attrition Guest Hotel Bookings (
/stay/*): Guest names, check-in/check-out dates, and reservation confirmation references processed via Nuitee LiteAPI v3.0. Payment card details are tokenized directly inside LiteAPI's PCI-DSS Level 1 payment iframe and never touch SnapEvents servers.
3. How We Use & Share Event Information
We use submitted event briefs solely to verify real-time venue availability, negotiate first-option holds, solicit 3-bid production quotes from vetted insured local vendors, and deliver requested hotel room-block portals. We never sell planner contact lists to third-party lead brokers or blast unsolicited RFP marketplaces. Venue sales directors receive your company identity only when you authorize a named hold, or under blind executive sourcing when confidentiality is requested.
4. Infrastructure, Security & Retention
All traffic across SnapEvents.com is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and stored at rest inside encrypted Supabase PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States with strict service-role access controls. Private quote links and Deal Desk briefs are retained for active corporate audit trails and deleted promptly upon written request to deals@snapevents.com.
5. Your Texas (TDPSA), Nevada & California Privacy Rights
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, and to confirm that your personal data is never sold for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submit any privacy request to deals@snapevents.com or by mail to SnapEvents Privacy Desk, 105 Lands End Cove, Round Rock, TX 78681.
